Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available to customers who have paid for a subscription to roast.sh and who have experienced a technical issue or defect that cannot be resolved by our customer support team. Refunds may also be provided in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of roast.sh.

Refund Period

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of their subscription purchase date. Refund requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us on [email protected] and provide a detailed description of the technical issue or defect they have experienced. Our team will work to resolve the issue, and if a refund is deemed appropriate, the customer will receive their refund within 14 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for customers who have breached roast.sh's terms of service, or who have used our services for illegal or unethical purposes. Refunds will also not be provided for issues caused by the customer's own equipment or internet connection.

Changes to the refund policy

roast.sh reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
